Spinach-Orange Tossed Salad Serves 6
10-Cups Baby Spinach 3-Oranges, Peeled & Sliced 1-Red Onion Sliced & Separated Into Rings 1/3-Cup Orange Juice 1/3-Cup Cider Vinegar 1/3-Cup Olive Oil ¼-Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped 2-Tablespoons Sugar Or Sweetener
In large bowl combine spinach, orange slices & onion rings. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake well to combine and pour over spinach mixture and toss.
